It gives you an authentic taste of khichadi and is better as it is made with millet instead of rice. You can cook in very quick time.
Easy Method of Preparation
1. Take one cup of Khichadi mix. 
2. Take 3 cup of water. 
3. Pressure cook and Serve hot.
4. To enhance flavor temper in ghee with some jeera seeds and heing.

2. Add buttermilk and make dosa consistency batter, and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
3. Heat an iron griddle and grease it with oil, and spread the batter on griddle with the help of a laddle.
4. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add some oil.
5. Flip the cheela and cook the other side as well.
6. Hot cheela is ready and is best served with green chutney.
